There are no errors in the log file, but this doesn't seem to add up to me. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something:

Is the Buffer pool size
in the status different from the configuration setting? I was expecting them to be the same, or pretty close...
I'm not a MySQL expert but at first sight it looks like the variable
innodb_buffer_pool_size
is in bytes while the value below is in pages. The default InnoDB page size is 16KB so in bytes, you will get the same value:
