I currently have the HPE ML30 G10 with Intel® Xeon® E-2124 processor installed in it. I wonder if it is possible to replace the processor with Intel® Xeon® E-2288G or Intel® Xeon® E-2236 without changing/replacing any other components inside the server ?

I have a Smart Array P420i configured as below:

I don't have onsite access but would like to replace disk 3 with disk 6 permanently to prevent any issues occuring when Disk 3 eventually fails. Normally, i would just physically replace disk 6 with the disk in bay 3 but I do not have physical access to the server. ie, I want to remove disk 3 from the array, and add disk 6 permanently leaving Disk 5 as a SPARE. Is this possible with SSACLI (or HPSSACLI commands)?
The problem is if I remove Disk 3, Disk 5 will be made spare active. When I add Disk 6 to the logicaldrive, then wont it just extend the logical drive rather than make Disk 5 Spare again?
A SAS disk in RAID5 array failed yesterday and I'm about to replace it, however I noticed the front enclosure wasn't matching the rest of the disks. The array consists of 300GB 10K SAS disks with the left enclosure. I found a 300GB 10K SAS disk with the right enclosure. Before opening the sealed package, are these interchangeable?
The server is a HP Proliant DL360 G8, I think (not on location at the moment).
I have a DL380 G9 with 12x8TB 3.5" disks:

In the Smart Array Controller GUI, if I select all 12 disks and assign them to a RAID 50 array, how will the controller divide the disks for the RAID 5 arrays?
Will drives 1-6 and 7-12 inclusive be in two separate RAID 5 arrays, striped for RAID 0? Or will drives 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12 be in four separate RAID 5 arrays striped for RAID 0?
If it's the former by default, is it possible to manually configure the array to the latter?
Our new server has been running basically fine for a few months. Twice, however, it shut itself down for no apparent reason.
The most recent occurrence was at 11:41pm a few days ago. The event logs show nothing untoward, and the last entry is a fairly mundane audit entry in the Security log. The UPS log shows no power issues. Nothing in particular was running, as it was after hours. Except of course the nightly backup, which starts at 10pm. The backup log also shows nothing interesting and just stops in the middle of the backup. Although the server is configured to write a kernel dump and restart, there is no memory dump and the system did not restart. It's an HP Proliant ML330 G6 Series server.
When the server was restarted manually the following morning, the following events were logged:

UPDATE: I increased the size of the paging file to allow for full kernel dumps, so if it's really a Windows crash, I'll be able to see what happened - the next time it happens.
UPDATE: The server firmware was already up to date.
UPDATE: There were a lot of updates available for drivers and system software. I've installed most of them and now I'm just waiting to see if the problem happens again.
UPDATE 2018Jun06: after six years of trouble-free operation, this problem has returned, occurring twice in the last week or so. I'm looking into the possibility that the front panel and its wiring are faulty.
UPDATE 2018Nov30: Finally swapped out the front panel cable assembly, but the problem still occurs. Next up is the power supply.
