Using wget (curl, httplib2) I always get a 5 second resolving timeout. This issue doesn't arrive when I do wget -4 or wget -6. Resolving also works using dig or host. Delay can be lowered using "options timeout:2" in /etc/resolv.conf
The strace output of this is:

Tools like dig/host perform similar to using wget -4 or wget -6, instant, without any problem.
I have tried each of the following servers individually.
nameserver 2001:4018:3:12::202
nameserver 2001:4018:1:64::202
nameserver 212.83.206.202
nameserver 213.207.64.202
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4
What could cause this delay?
