I found this article: AD DS Fine-Grained Password and Account Lockout Policy Step-by-Step Guide really useful to set fine-grained password policies for a user or a Security Group.
But I haven't found any way to do this at an OU level - at least not any way that I can get it to work.
Any good articles that show how to do this?

I would like to trim the HTTP options supported on both servers to something like:
Allow: GET, HEAD, POST, PUT
How to I configure both servers in order to implement this?
For someone looking after a small 50 Windows PC network (Mainly XP - some Vista), (all genuine copies), what would be the effect of ignoring the constant "Windows Genuine Advantage Install" pop-up prompts?.
Often when someone runs "Windows Update", they get this popup which results in confusion etc. etc.
What would be the effect if we simply ignored the popup?
Our user's email files continue to get larger requiring greater amounts of disc space.
We do ask users to archive some of their email and compact the files but there is always a percentage who ignore this. And another percentage who feel that we do it deliberately to annoy them!
There's also a trade off between the cost to the business of people doing archives (some of which result in calls to the help desk) and the smaller cost of simply getting a bigger drive.
What procedures do others follow to resolve this?
Any recommendations for tools which can monitor an small network (50 Windows PC's mainly running XP - some Vista) and report on network / hardware errors or potential problems?
i.e. a way to be proactive rather than reactive
