How do I run a script each time I unlock my Windows 7 session?
So, if I lock my session and then log in again, I want the script to run.
Do login scripts configured in the Group Policy do this or will they only work the first time?
Description of the problem:
When I try to create an image with Vista SP2 for deployment from a Vista SP1 installation media I'm encountering some installation errors which I can't solve after a lot of research. When I asked for support on the MDT blog I got recommended to use the Vista SP2 media but that media seems to not exist at the moment...
As far as I know there are no proper ways to slipstream it into the installation media as there will be a version mismatch resulting in installation errors. Besides that I'm not going to download anything integrated as that is just a risk as I need to deploy towards customers.
Above problem is holding me back in deploying, as not being able to have SP2 done during installation causes me to have to do the whole updating process with interaction after the automated LTI.
My questions:
Does anyone have a suggestion on how I could deploy Vista SP2 when I currently have the Vista SP1 media? Does someone know when the Vista SP2 installation media becomes available?
I'm using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2010, I have tried capturing a SP2 installation without succes...

An USB stick is indeed part of the solution, but these tend to be too small to cover all possible combination's. So, you don't have to suggest this as we might continue using CD/DVD or an external USB drive as I already know. I want to point out here that we want to discuss speeding and automating the procedure regardless of the used media/hardware.
We know of the existence of the Windows AIK tools and nlite, although we stopped this technique as it takes too much time to slipstream the service pack, updates and drivers in each Windows version (For example in Vista: Home Premium, Ultimate, ...). It seems you can't do all versions at the same time... And doing them all apart is a bit wicked if you just want to integrate some new updates in an already slip-streamed installation ISO.
It currently takes around 1-2 hours to complete the installation procedure.
My questions:
How do you troubleshoot events that are not clear when you read them?
Is there a website to search for those Event IDs and errors?
In the following example event it is clear that the gateway resolution fails for the network location awareness service, but it is not clear what the cause of this event is, nor what error code 0x43 stands for.
Looking for a solution on Google I end up with no results matching this event...
