Is it possible to configure a postfix (or any other mailprogram for linux) in this way that it is able to recieves/send mails from and to multiple internet mailserver and deliver those mails to local network.

The idea behind it is that I'll set up all my mailaccounts (gmail, hotmail, etc.. ) on my linux machine as a relay account and I send all my mails to this relay and he'll forward it to the corresponding internet server.
The same for recieving mail from the internet account.

Could anyone please point me to a tutorial or man page.

It is possible to use the include = /somepath/%u.smb.conf in the global section to call a script /somepath/cb0.smb.conf if the user cb0 connects to the samba server.
Unfortunately this does not wotk for me because testparm alway gives me
Can't find include file /somepath/.smb.conf

When I connect to the server I can enter a username and pass but it alway rejects the connection.

I'm using Samba Version 3.2.5

How can I achieve to load a custom user script depending on the user that is connecting ?

I want to create a special Group Directory structure for my Users.

/home/groupA - home folder for groupA where every user of groupA can create/edit/delete files

/home/groupA/Public - Public Folder where every user can read files

/home/groupA/Public/Dropbox - Folder where every user can write files but only users of groupA can access this directory and create/edit/delete files

Now I have:

My smb.confcontains the following entries

The working part is that users of groupA can access and fully use /home/groupA. All users can access /home/groupA/Public/ and read the files from there.

My problem is that all users, even those who are not in groupA, can access the /home/groupA/Public/Dropbox and see all files. I just want them to be able to put files in there but not see the content of the folder and prohibit them from deleting any files in there.

Does anybody have a clue what could be the problem and how I can fix it?

I have a Unix File System in which I would like to emulate a OS X like Home folder where I have a 'Public' subfolder that is writeable for all but where no Files can be deleted.

I installed ACL on the system and modified the /etc/fstab to mount it with acl rights.

When I now look at the permissions on OS X home folder with ls -le

0 drwxr-xr-x+ 5 cb0 staff 170 17 Nov 23:46 Public
0: group:everyone deny delete

My first question is if there is an equal command on Linux to get this list because the -e option does not exist on Linux Systems.

The next problem is the option group:everyone deny delete, I think this tells ACL on OS X that only the users of the group can delete files in there.

How can I achieve this on a Linux machine ? I cannot add additional information to setfacl, or is there any other command to achieve this ?
