Windows Update - View Update History and Installed Updates show different things:
Kiosks running Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 - 17763.2061.
I'd assumed these should list the same things, but they don't. Would I be right in thinking that Installed Updates should be correct one?
What's the more appropriate way (nicely date ordered) to do this on the command line or in Powershell?
Something I can stick in a shortcut or, ideally, run silently and remotely using psexec (from Sysinternals).
A WSUS server is out of the question. Machines needing the updates run Windows XP as kiosks.
I can't use the following call because this file no longer exists:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil<version>_Plugin.exe -update plugin
Instead, I've can see the following files in C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash:
Flash10x.ocx
FlashInstall.log
FlashUtil10x_ActiveX.dll
FlashUtil10x_ActiveX.exe
I've tried FlashUtil11c_ActiveX.exe /?, but this doesn't give anything except an error.
Are there any tell-tale signs?
I've tried emailing a normal web page using something like:
mail -s "Test Email" [email protected] < webpage.htm
However, the recipient sees the raw HTML tags in the email and none of my careful formatting. Am using RedHat Linux.
I use Outlook's Rules and Alerts facility to automatically file my emails. I find it a great time saver. However, I've recently been unable to add further rules - Outlook suggests that there is insufficient space to store all of my rules. I've removed any unnecessary rules (and shortened others), but am still bouncing against this limit. This equates to about 60 rules.
I found that there is a 32KB limit for rules and this cannot be extended due to the limitations of the exchange server 2003 (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/147298).
Has anyone been able to circumvent this limit? Or maybe move server-side rules to client-side? If so, how? Or is there another way of filing email that I could use?
I've thought about using another email client (Thunderbird) to connect my account via IMAP4, and to use Thunderbird's rules for filing. However, this brings it's own issues, by having to subscribe to each mail folder first (I have quite a few), and having to run Thunderbird (every so often at the very least).

Does Linux record who last changed a file (rather than created it)? If so, how do I find this out? If not, is there some way of monitoring file(s)?
