I've got this server running on a local Hyper-V host, but can't log in because I don't know the username and password for it.

I set the server up as a Virtual Machine in Azure, then stopped it, and downloaded the VHD from blob storage.
I am using VirtualBox 4.1.18 and had a virtual machine running Windows 8 RC with a single VHD, which was initially sized at 25GB (too small!).
After installing the OS and some applications I ran out of disk space so shut down the guest and then used this command to resize the VHD to 80GB:

So far so good. However, when I started the guest up again I got the dreaded:
Fatal: No bootable medium found! system halted
If I boot into GParted it shows a single 80GB drive as "unallocated". The option to scan for and attempt to repair a filesystem doesn't find anything.
I also tried cloning the VHD into a VDI file, just in case that magically fixed it:

My host OS is Windows 7 64-bit.
If I run the following command on my server:

I get this output:

How can I get just the site name:

Is some kind of nasty string parsing my only option? The server is a Windows Azure instance.
We're using IIS 7.5 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and making use of the IIS Management Service to allow web publishing from Visual Studio 2010. However, after a reboot, the IIS Management Service doesn't start automatically. IIS itself starts up fine, just not the Management Service.
I've got a physical machine which I'd like to convert to a virtual machine. I've done this P2V process a number of times onto Windows Server 2008 R2 and Hyper-V by using System Centre Virtual Machine Manager.
However, in this case I'd like to go a step further and move the virtual machine created by the P2V process onto a machine running Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows Virtual PC.
Is there a recommended way of doing this or should I just copy the VHD file over and hope it works?
I have two servers, both running Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise with Hyper-V. They both have a number of VMs on them. ServerA also has SCVMM 2008 R2 installed, and the SCVMM Self-Service Portal. I can see the VMs for ServerA on the Self-Service Portal but can't see any way of viewing the VMs on ServerB on the same portal. Is this possible? I'd prefer to only install SCVMM on ServerA.
What DNS information can I add or change to improve the DNS record for my domain name (tjrobinson.net)? I use it to host a basic website and for my email. ZoneEdit host my DNS records.

Are there any workarounds to this problem other than using another browser?
We've had a number of servers from Dell recently, all of which have had hardware-assisted virtualization disabled in the BIOS.
As far as I know hardware-assisted virtualization is a good thing - so why would Dell disable it? Does it have a performance overhead if the machine isn't acting as a virtual machine host? Are there any security issues?
