I have a MOSS Box, with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 SP2 (Danish server), .net 3.5 SP1 on a Server 2008 64 bit (where IIS is running 64 bit too).

When I fire up the BizTalk installer and wants to select the SharePoint Web Service, this option is disabled/grayed out.

Any ideas as how I can enable the option again? (It states that there are one or more prerequisites missing but I can't figure out which).

I found some reference stating that I basically had to "toast" the MOSS box and install WSS 3, but that is NOT an option...

Any suggestions? :o)

Basically how do I manage the task mentioned in the Title?

Problem is: I am trying to administrate a SharePoint Portal (MOSS) and a user has been deleted (deactivated from AD)

Now we got an e-mail stating that "My Site" for this user is marked for deletion (I don't know when) and since there's critical information in that site (a subsite) I would like to stop the deletion process or at least move the subsite WITHOUT losing any versioning information - is that possible?

I have a site that I'm building a test environment for and I need to "copy" the whole setup to another server.

In that process I need to copy some templates and the question is: How do I do that (I can find e.g. the site template folder on the production server, but copying the files is not enough)?

I have a user whose display name has been updated and now the MOSS profile database and people search shows up fine but when the user logs in the "Welcome " message in the upper left corner is still the old value and so is the data in "My settings" if you select it from the drop down menu.

How can I get these data to update correctly? (I have tried to remove the profile, add it again and do a profile import but that has not cleared the last errors.)

I have a web part in MOSS showing a table of contents for a site. I just have a big problem because one of the subsites of this site is missing from the table of contents. How do I get it back?

It's in the right posistion if I inspect the treeview of the site structure. like most of the other subsites its icon is 4 colored figures.

If I look at navigation for the root site the subsite in question is missing and I can't figure out why or how to get it back...

I tried to add is as a link or a title but that doesn't fix the problem with the table of contents not showing this site - help will be greatly appriciated!

How/where can I find the template used for a SharePoint site or page.

I have a page I want to resemble, but I don't know where to find the template for that page and site?

We have a bunch of tasks created by some items in a list (normal approval workflow). By mistake some users has "completed the tasks" by deleting the actual item that a task is based on, without setting the task completed.

Now the involved users keep getting reminder emails to complete the tasks but when clicking the link an error shows up, because the item does not exist...

How do I clean up this mess?
