I am trying to prepare several machines that will be used at a single location. I know the SSID of the network and it will be unsecured. Is there a way to add the network in NetworkManager so that once the user logs in, NetworkManager automatically connects to that WiFi network?
The machines will be running CentOS 7.
I used to know a way to run my shell scripts just by typing there name as long as there were in my home folder or desktop. I hate having to type ./myscript.sh. I would like to be able to type just myscript.sh. How can I fix my terminal to do this?
I'm using GNOME Terminal and Ubuntu 9.04.
I'm console application and want to save the output to a text file. So I do this:
Pi.exe > Pi.txt
Then open the text file and see this:
Calculating Pi to 10,000 decimal places...
Then I se Pi (3.14...)
How can I have the command prompt remove the Calculating Pi to 10,000 decimal places...?
I want to make it hard for users on a domain to access things like System Properties. Is there a way I can disable things like right clicking the start menu, accessing System Properties, and any other administrative task that regular users don't need access to?

Is there a way to run Mac OS X (Leopard or Tiger) in Windows on a virtual machine? I have 2 GB of RAM and a 2 GHz processor. My processor is an 32-bit AMD, but I don't think this will matter because the VM will probably emulate a 32-bit Intel type processor.
