I am currently migrating an Exchange 2007 environment with about 50 mailboxes to Office 365 Premium (with online Exchange).
Although setting up a staged migration is pretty straightforward, what do I need to arrange to enable my local server as a migration endpoint?
I am using Amazon Glacier Backup on a Synology NAS (rackstation). But the Synology backup software for glacier does not allow me to choose the vault to backup to.
This means I can not give my own name to the vault, but also I can not backup to a previously created vault (I also have this problem now after replacing a Synology rackstation).
Is there any way to choose to which vault you want your Synology to backup to?

I am about to give active directory domain users access to a Windows 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Server. The server has Office 2010 installed.
Is it possible for the users to retrieve the installation/product key of Office? If so, what is the best way to avoid that?

We have an app installed on Windows Mobile 6.1, Symbol/Motorola MC5590, which communicates via a WLAN connection. The devices go to sleep after a few minutes, and so does the WLAN. But after getting the device active, it takes at least 7, but often 15 seconds to reconnect the WLAN.
We have the same setup with Windows Mobile 2003 second edition on Symbol MC5040, and within a few seconds the connection is active. That functions great.
Any ideas on how to speed up the reconnect time, after the device was asleep? Tia mucho for any recommendations!
In Exchange 2000 in an AD, configured with a default e-maildomain domainname.com and multiple users and mailboxes on the server, is it possible to route 1 internal mailaddress to an external server?
For example: When [email protected] sends an e-mail to [email protected], the mail doesn't leave the server. But when an e-mail is send to [email protected], the mail should be send via an external smtp-server.

Is it possible to upgrade a Progress 8 database to a OpenEdge 10 database, when the operating systems differ?
Progress database files from version 8 need to be upgraded to version 9, and then to 10 (OpenEdge). But when trying to upgrade the database files from Unix on Windows, errors for "wrong blocksize" are given by the proutil.
When connecting to Windows XP via Remote Desktop (mstsc), you can select which local resources you want to take with you to the remote desktop (disc drives, clipboard, printers).
Is there a way to select which printer specifically you want to take with you?
Right now, some printers are copied, some are not, but I can't find WHY some are not available, or why others are.
Any ideas? Thanks.
Is there a simple Unix console command to determine which version of a Progress database is running? I have root access to the Unix console.
