I'm working with lxc in Ubuntu 12.04, and it's really great. However, I am unable to disconnect from a lxc-console session after I've connected. I read somewhere that Ctrl-aq will disconnect me from the console but it doesn't seem to work.

Should I be running lxc-console via screen instead?

We're using haproxy's custom error page feature to show a "fail whale" maintenance page while we're doing deployments to our site.

However, since haproxy cannot show SSL'd users the custom error page, how can I redirect users to a non-SSL'd connection, to show the "fail whale" if there are no backends available?

Generally when working with complex puppet modules, I will set variables at the node level or inside a class. e.g.,

How/when/why does parametrized classes help when this situation? How are you using parameterized classes to structure your puppet modules?

How do you configure and work with your Puppet filebucket?

I'd like to:

1. Store file bucket data on a single server
2. Be able to audit/parse/prune the file bucket when necessary
3. Ensure that filebucket data is securely transferred between client->master

What is the best (or easiest?) to monitor postgres 8.4 stats in OpenNMS 1.76?

SNMP? How?
