I have 2 Google Search Appliance boxes and I have to check the Hardware information like CPU, Memory, Hard disk. Please let me know how to check this on the GSA.

I have logged on to a windows server 2012 R2 machine with local admin account. I was trying to save a file on the hard drive but it says that I do not have permission to save file on the disk. I have checked the permission on the had drive, where administrators has full control on the drive. Please help on the issue
I have a windows server 2008 machine which has qlikview application installed and this application has stopped working from last week, the application services were stopped. I'm unable to start the services(services are configured with the local account). As part of troubleshooting, I checked netstat to verify if the application ports are opened. I could not see on the list a couple of application related ports( eg. 4799, 4750). How do I verify if the ports are open or blocked on the server?
We have procured 8 core server hardware with Windows server 2012 R2, we have the application license only for 4 core server. Is there any option to limit the core on architecture level?
If not what option can be used to install the application?
