Is there a Hyper-V virtual machine client for XP? Linux? Mac? I'm aware that we could VNC or RDP into the virtual machine but the problem is if the VM is not running or is suspend the end user can't start it and IT needs to get involved.
I guess what I'm looking for is something like VMconnect.exe that runs on xp or linux. Or, If I am totally barking up the wrong tree let me know. ;-)
We have to support a few networks that have their own Active Directory/File Server. This same company will have Sharepoint and Office Communication Server hosted (for example). Is there any simple way to have the local AD login to the hosted server for users?
How to determine which NIC data/traffic is using? To make sure routing is correct.
Currently we have a Windows XP computer with 2 NICs. We want all traffice destined for private IP addresses to go in/out of NIC (10.1.1.20) and all public traffic to go in/out NIC (173.x.x.x)
Our configuration:
We are not needing the 2 NICs to be connected in any way. (We are not trying to use this machine as a router)
What do we need to do?
