The question is about disks that were formatted as 520 or 528 bytes rather than 512 bytes. How does the operating system read data if I cannot access to those disks via hexedit/cat or any viewer?
Is there a way that I can read and write data coming from 520 formatted disks without reformatting the size to 512 on Ubuntu?

That's a simple question. I am curious to how many people can access the web server at once on Linux?
My client said he expects hundreds of people to access the different videos at once but I am not sure if it's possible to do that on non-streaming media server. Has anyone done that?
I have the pem file installed in a HTML directory. Although all of the files are in the HTML directory with the pem file, I still get the SSL warning from browsers saying "this page includes other resources which are not secure" even though I don't have any other resources. All the files are inside HTML, including images. What is causing that error to be displayed?
Also, it's not a problem on IE or Firefox. Only Chrome displays a warning saying that the page is not secure.
This problem disappeared after I restarted the browser. It now shows the correct SSL symbol. Perhaps it was a browser bug.
I went to a few websites and noticed that they all use AJAX technology for many tasks such as chat, messages, and so forth. They use a lot of httprequests obviously. My question is if you build a simple website using AJAX and you expected only few people per hour and then you start to have like 1,000 members logged per hour - can a single web application handle more requests per hour if you just upgrade to faster bigger servers or do you have to rewrite the code? Exactly how do you "scale" the web application?
