Is this possible? I've gone through the following but no events are forwarded.
I have a DMZ server that I want to forward logs from to another server in my domain.
This is to satisfy PCI logging requirements so if there's a better way, please let me know.
I want to setup a website that can't execute any server side code (asp, asp.net, etc.).
I've tried using an application pool that has "No Managed Code" as the .NET Framework version, but classic asp code still executes.
I tried removing all ISAPI Filters but that didn't help.
Removing the ".asp" Handler Mapping worked. Should I remove all *.[ext] handlers to lock it down further?
I still need to run code on some sites, but I'd like to be able to offer vanilla web hosting on sites as needed.
I've setup a 2 node NLB cluster and used the following to share IIS configs between them.

The IIS configs and content is located on a network share via a UNC path. This works - updating IIS settings on one node, is visible in another node and my website works on the individual nodes and the cluster as whole.

I've tried using "Network Service" with the FTP COM object as well as a dedicated user account that exists on all three hosts, but every time I try to login with an IIS user I get something like the following:

Can anyone point me in the right direction here?
Recently we enabled FIPS 140-2 Encryption Algorithms on our W2K3 server per http://chadamberg.com/drupal/IISCryptography and now my Mac RDP 2.1.1 client won't connect. I get:
"Remote Desktop Connection cannot verify the identity of the computer to which you want to connect...."
My client is set to "Always connect, even if authentication fails" but that doesn't seem to help. I'm guessing there's some incompatibility between FIPS support and Mac RDP. I can still get in via my Win7 RDP client. I tried CoRD as well, but it failed to connect.
Any ideas on how to reinstate Mac RDC to this server, or am I at the mercy of MS updating their Mac client?
Whenever I create a new website on our W2K3 box, the ASP.NET tab defaults to version 1.1.4322. Changing it by hand results in IIS restarting. I'd like to have the tab default to ASP.NET version 2.0.50727 when creating a new website (hoping to avoid the IIS restart).
Is there a best way to provide email hosting such that email clients like Outlook and Mac Mail can automatically configure themselves given limited information (email + password)?
I'm guessing it might have to do with DNS entries - using [smtp|pop|imap].example.com, but I'd rather not guess if this is documented somewhere.
