Every time I power on/start VMWare guest OS, its date-time syncs with the Host OS. How do I disable it?
People say that Windows 2000 has reached its end of support period. Bug fixes/security patches will not be issued even if there are. So, for this reason, I think we shouldn't use Windows 2000 at corporate/enterprise environments. Do you agree or not?

First, I thought that this was Vmware problem.
But now, after testing on several physical machines, I realized certain services didn't return response data when using socat/netcat 1.1 which is supposed to the latest version since last updated.

I've tested it on both windows and linuxes. I found no problem with telnet.
