all documents mention syslinux/pxelinux as a way to pxeboot ESXi installation, but I'd like to stay with GRUB 2. How to do that?
I'm able, of course, to load GRUB 2 via network (i386-pc/core.0 for non-UEFI host) but then I can't figure out what should I put to load mboot.c32 or if it is possible to boot b.b00 somehow directly.

I want to allow PHP apps to send mail but under very restricted conditions.
And I don't want to allow sendmail-like command for PHP apps (I'm using chrooted PHP and it's too much headache), thus I disabled mail() function in PHP.
What options do I have to strictly allow/monitor PHP apps sending via my postfix?
AUTH? Should I also require smtpd_sender_restrictions=reject_sender_login_mismatch ?
I already have a smtpd on port 587 running which uses smtpd_sasl_type=dovecot but I don't suppose a PHP app would ever have an account on Dovecot IMAP server - I suppose most PHP apps would send mail as 'noreply@'. Should I create another instance of submission in /etc/postfix/master.cf ?
Dovecot doc is far from being perfect, thus I'm little bit confused what is right way to get mails from Gmail to local Dovecot.

After some struggle I have working sync of one user but is there something which can be tuned for Gmail and its unusual labels/virtual folders?
Do I understand it right that each gmail user must be synced separately, ie. via a loop as there's no way to write multiple passwords users file (doveadm backup -F $file).
IIUC the remote user must be configured in local Dovecot.

Thus IMO logging should match first line 'Connection from', remember IP, then wait for 'Accepted publickey for' line and match IP from first line. Then wait for 'User child is on pid' and remember the PID, then match lines with the PID. Then wait for 'internal-sftp' lines with previously matched and IP and remember PID of sftp session, match all SFTP PID lines. Lastly 'Close session:' if user is matched.
Is it at least doable with rsyslog or syslog-ng?
