What configuration lines/steps are required to enable WAN side SSH for the Cisco PIX? In addition what considerations should be made to ensure your connections are secure?

I am currently setting up a remote office that will be connected to our HQ via a P2P connection. We leverage a Windows AD Domain, and I wanted to know what would motivate someone to migrate from a single site multiple subnet topology to multiple sites/subnets. What factors should be considered?
I would like to be able to audit our domain and find all machines that a particular user is logged into. Does anyone have a way to do this with PowerShell?
Does anyone have a PowerShell Script they use to gather system temperature information? This is not to replace external sensors, just another way to monitor the health of a system from a temperature perspective.
I would like to upgrade two Windows Server 2008 servers to Window Server 2008R2 and would like to know if anyone else has done this and if they ran into any issues. I am running Hyper V on both of these servers, I dont' know if that complicates things or not.
I have a Cisco PIX 515E that is currently acting as office's router. We have an MS domain, and utilize MS VPN for remote access. I would like to use the Cisco VPN functionality built into the PIX and leverage active directory for authentication; however, I have not found a good source for instructions on how to do this. I am a programmer with a sys admin hobby, so the instructions I'm looking for should not be geared towards a Cisco or AD expert. Do any instructions like these exist?
