When you create your own APT repo, you have to create a GPG key for it. So you need to import it with:
apt-key add yourkey.asc
or with a key server:
apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv 3E5C1192
However, I do not know any update process for this ? When the key will expire, in both case, do we need to import-it again ?
I installed libapache2-mod-rpaf package on Debian because mod_remoteip seems to be not available.
I found a github repo but the configuration options are different. For example, in the repository, RPAF_Enable is used, but the default configuration of the package uses RPAFenable (see the default configuration of the package)
Where can I find the documentation for the module I am using?
I tried to find the virtualmin API command to change the available features and plugins, like I can do it on the UI in System Settings > Features and Plugins.
It seems there is not.
Also it's the same issue for some Virtualmin Configuration in System Settings.
Is someone has already done it ?
I need to mount a tmpfs on a folder like /home/mysite.com/cache but this folder can be delete or changed by a user, but I don't want that the mounted filesystem become broken.
Then if the user moves this folder to /home/mysite.com/cache_old and recreate a folder /home/mysite.com/cache, the mount point (with tmpfs) stays ready. Also, even this folder doesn't exists at the start of the system, the tmpfs become ready if this folder is created after.
Is there a way to do it ?
I have some servers in France and in Hong Kong. Ping is quick to google.com, < 10ms in france, and < 30ms in HK.
But ping between these servers is greater than 250ms. This is very slow and very unconfortable, even when I'm on ssh.
Does anyone known any tips to reduce ping between remote locations (VPN, tunnel over a priority port...) ?
