We have an Exchange 2010 environment with a mix of Outlook 2010 and 2013 clients. We have the following issue when forwarding meeting invites:

User A sends a meeting request to user B, user B forwards the meeting request to user C but it appears to have come from user A only - it does not show that it was sent by user B on behalf of user A.

Is there a way to change this so that user C will know that it was sent by user B? This is an issue for us because we had a situation where user B added some comments to the meeting invite before forwarding it to user C. User C thought that the comments were made by user A when in fact they were not.

I'm not finding much on the internet that directly addresses this issue, so I'm hoping someone here can lead me in the right direction, thanks!

I have an iPhone user that just recently noticed that his iPhone calendar changes are now overwriting any changes made in Outlook. I checked and didn't see any config settings on the iPhone for whether the device or Exchange "wins". Does anyone know where this might be configured?

When I attempt to add a mailbox database copy to another mailbox server, it returns "Error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation." The event viewer on the source server logs an event ID 10009, DistributedCOM: DCOM was unable to communicate with the computer [Server] using any of the configured protocols. I've rebooted both mailbox servers, no change. I have 8 other replicated mailbox databases between these two servers that can fail over to each other without issues. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know how to set up a static route on a windows mobile 5 device?

I'm trying to set up our SharePoint site so that it can be accessed by external users. I've set up my firewall to only allow HTTPS connections to it and everything works fine except when you click to open a folder in a document library, the link points to http://server/folder instead of https://server/folder. Does anyone know if there's a way to make the folder links point to https instead of http?

We have a Windows 2003 Server (32-bit) running in VMWare and connecting to 2 Moxa NPort 5450 serial-to-ethernet devices. We are experiencing a sporadic "disconnect" with the serial devices attached to the Moxa and they do not reconnect in our software (the software we are running is called Uniwin) until the Uniwin service installed on the server is restarted. While waiting for a Moxa rep to return my call for support, I decided to call Perle to see if they've experienced something similar - their pre-sales engineer said he knew exactly what problem was, but since it was not a Perle product he would only tell me that it had to do with a setting or some configuration of the tcp/ip stack in Windows Server 2003. Does anyone know what he might be referring to? I've tried the tcp/ip stack reset, but it sounded like it was a specific setting (possibley in the registry) and not just a "reset". Any help is greatly appreciated - thanks...

I'm just going to throw this out there in case anyone else has run accross this... I have an HP DL320 G5p that had the motherboard replaced due to a faulty NIC port. After several calls to HP, two motherboard replacements, PCI riser card replacements, Processor replacement, and power supply replacement, the server takes approx. 10 minutes before it boots into the BIOS. It then boots up with no issues. We've run the HP smart start cd and performed the system tests and everything passed. All firmware has also been upgraded to the latest as well. Has anyone else seen this and found a fix? I am still working with HP, but there seems to be a struggle on their part to figure this out, so I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced this and found a fix - thanks...

I'm currently using HP Proliant DL120 G5 servers running VMWare ESXi 4 to run server VM's. They are connecting to an iSCSI SAN for the shared storage. I'd like to implement a delayed boot of these hosts servers so that they don't boot up and try to connect to the SAN before the SAN is ready for connections after a power failure. Does anyone know of a good way to do this?

I have an HP LJ P2015 that is connected through a USB cable to a Trendnet TE100-P1U print server with the latest firmware installed. We had a Windows 2000 server that was configured as a print server for this printer and all was well until we upgraded the server to Win 2003 Server. Now the printer goes offline within about 30 seconds of restarting the print spooler. We have several other printers on this server, none of which has a problem. We've rebooted all machines and devices in the equation, but nothing works. Any ideas?

My VMWare host is an HP DL360 G4p running ESXi 4 Build 219382. I've created a new VM running Windows server 2003 R2 32bit and configured it for 4GB of memory. After installing the OS, it's only showing that it has 3GB of memory. Any ideas?

Does anyone know of a good way to delete files based on their age and have it done periodically, say using a batch file and windows scheduler? (Or any other decent software that would do this as well)

I'm looking to move all of our Exchange Public Folder contents to a WSS 3.0 server including several contact lists. The problem I've run into is that the distribution lists that have been created in the public folders are apparently not supported in the Sharepoint contact lists. Does anyone have a work around for this or know how we can create useable DL's that will still sync into the Outlook client?
