I want to switch my current working partition to an existent one on the disk under CentOS. How to achieve this ?

PS : i want to switch to the larger partition (/dev/sdc or /dev/sdb/cl-home) (currently i am using KVM and others on /dev/sdb3/cl-root) so that i can install KVM and many VMs, is it possible ? Btw parted says /dev/sda is selected while i'm on /dev/sdb/cl-root

Or maybe to achieve that, should i mount the /dev/sdb3/cl-home at the "/" mountpoint ? EDIT : should i try to create a partition after selecting /dev/sdc (or /dev/sdb/sdb3/cl-home) disk with gparted like so :

(parted) select /dev/sdc

I have my current partition disk space (found at /dev/mapper/cl-root) set at 50Go on my CentOS server. I want to extend the current disk space (to become 500Go) used in a neat way with commands.

How to do it ?

UPDATE : parted -l lsblk returns /dev/sda, /dev/sdb, /dev/sdc actual sizes and other infos. But what i want is to extend the root partition under /dev/mapper/cl-root which is listed among others with fdisk -l cmd

If i enter the command :

arch

And get the results :

X86_64

Then does this mean i can install and run both 32 & 64 bits application on my CentOS machine ?

I want to install KVM on my CentOS machine. But the main partition size of my CentOS is about 50GB with only 15GB available. My question is should i extend the main partition in order to install KVM ? if yes, how to extend the main partition size?

I want to launch the Tomcat service on CentOS with the cmdlet :

systemctl start tomcat.service

but i get the error

Failed to start Apache ExecStart=/opt/tomcat/bin/startup.sh (code=exited, status=203/EXEC).

and the log through the command :

Journalctl -xe 

is stating that

Selinux is preventing (artup.sh) from execute access on the file startup.sh

given that i can start any other service on my CentOS what could be the problem for my tomcat service ?

With my centOS running Bamboo Server, I have configured plans to build applications whenever a new code gets commited on a certain branch in the project repo on bitbucket.

But i am unable to run the built application on any device on the server how to access the application ?

On my CentOS 7 Server i installed Bitbucket, for some reason it crashed two days ago, i am trying to get it back running on my server but faced some difficulties enabling the service with the cmldlets :

   systemctl enable bitbucket.service
   systemctl start bitbucket.service 

The latter returning the message :

Control Process exited, code=exited status=203/EXEC

when i enter my bitbucket credentials from the bitbucket.properties file.

What could be the problem and what could be the solution to this case ?
