I cannot access a certain website in my Linux Server.

curl: (7) couldn't connect to host
It's accessible from anywhere else but my server. I disabled ConfigServer Firewall but the problem still persist. I have no idea how I can investigate the issue and realize why this page is not accessible in my server?

I have a very heavy site in my server. The load of the server is always about 30-50 and sometimes it become even 150 and server work really hard. I'm looking for a caching solution that can increase performance of server and decrease the server load.
But I do not know which caching solution I should use? By the way I'm using Drupal CMS and I have WHM/CPanel
Here are options which I found: 1- Memcached 2- Varnish 3- Apache mod_cache
Can someone please give me some comparison or guidance about these platforms? Does mod_cache of Apache work as good as say Varnish? Because installing and configuring Varnish is not a bit complicated in cPanel / WHM. Although I read very good reviews about Varnish.

I installed libiconv in my CentOS manually using ./configure and make.
Now this library is conflicting with the same library which installed by default by EasyApache tools of cPanel/WHM and cPanel support staff are telling me I should uninstall the libiconv library which I installed manually.
How can I uninstall softwares which I installed manually in CentOs or generally in Linux. I know if I have been installed l libiconv using a tool like yum, uninstall was easy, but what when I installed it manually?
I want to convert my Filesystem from Ext3 to Ext4 because of 32000 directory limit of Ext3. But when I want to umount the drive I get this error:

I tried following command to understand what make the drive busy:

Is there a solution for this problem? Is it possible to convert the filesystem at system startup when no process started?

Hosting company told me it's the problem of DNS and Domain Registrar (My DNS Server is DNS-DIY Which is free service by OnlineNic) and Domain Registrar told me this is a problem of Hosting company (iWeb).

Is it possible to park domain yyy.com over, say youtube.com (which I do not own)?
Youtube.com is filtered in my country and I wondering is it possible to register domain yyy.com and park it over youtube.com? I know this should be done using Youtube Administrator, But I am wondering is there a trick to do this myself? For example by using a NameServer special kind Record.

Is there a text-based browser available for Linux (CentsOS) which I can use when I SSH to my server. I use CentOS release 5.5. My server do not have graphic interface.
