Hi we have setup our own mailserver using ssl. Each time I start up windows live mail, in comes up with an annoying message that

"The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be verified"

Is there some way to add this cerficate such that we wont see this message on every program start.

When using firefox (our mailserver can also be webbased) or thunderbird, I get the option to allow the certificate without asking again.

I'm perfectly aware that we can buy a certificate that will make the message go away, but this we dont want to do.

I have succesfully imported the certificate such that I can access the website without complains using ie, however the problem still persists in windows live mail.

Is it possible to add a virtual drive without needing to reboot the computer?

Or actually what I really want, is some way to just pop in harddrives (using the hotswaps in the backplane), and start using the harddrives. That is, making the h700 work as a simple disc controller similar to what we could do on a poweredge 2900.

But I dont think this is possible, so the second best solution would be, to be able to make a vd without having to reboot.

I am currently using ubuntu and has installed the openmanage software http://linux.dell.com/repo/community/deb/

This lets me see the configuration of the raid system, but wont let me change anything.

Thanks edit: I just want to add a new harddrive to our system, without having to reboot.

Can I associate an email with a user on linux? such that I can easily send email etc to specific users from certain cronjobs.

I have cron up and running, I have a mailserver up and running, I just need an easy way of extracting mailadr for a user.

I have a Dell PowerEdge server with iDRAC6 Express and a PERC 6/iR (LSI 1068e) SAS RAID Controller.

I'm a bit confused about what this means.

Is it possible to login remotely to change bios/RAID configuration?

If this is not possible what can the express version do?

I'm using Ubuntu. Is it possible to setup the RAID from within the operating system, without the annoying reboot?
