How do you download all the RPM's inside a metapackage?

I have a vhost running on 443 and 80. On the 80 vhost I have a rule like this.

        Redirect permanent / https://localhost

I am testing serving a static page in /autos and I want this traffic to not use the redirect rule, i want this page to be served from the 80 vhost without SSL. So i tried setting a RewriteCond and then A RewriteRule for the cond.

        RewriteCond %https://localhost !/autos$
        RewriteRule !^/var/www/autos - [C]

this is not working cause im likely doing it wrong. Any tips?

I have a web application running as a jar, I need a automated way to restart this jvm with a reboot/crash.

What are you guys using for this? I am running ubuntu 10.04 lts . (Examples would be great)

How can I pass a comment to the command csf -d

so I do not have to edit csf.deny, find the line and add a comment as to why it was manually denied?

Currently I have an application that is running on 8080 front-ended by mod_proxy.

I need to block TCP 8080 but not for the localhost how can this be done with IPtables?

Trying to get nagios up and running and been stuck here awhile, not exactly sure what I am doing wrong.. Any help would be great =)

I am having trouble getting parameterised classes working in puppet 2.6.4 (client and master)

Is it possible to bind VNC server to a open SSH tunnel?

I have a tablet that has initiated a reverse ssh tunnel to my server. This works fine over port 8080.

I need to now bind to this port from my local machine. It looks like Ubuntu has some "remote desktop viewier" that has ssh built in capabilities so I assume the only thing I need to do now is figure out how to bind the tablets VNCserver to the open SSH tunnel.

Is this possible?

I've got a ton of processes running in the background to try and get enough entropy, but I am still failing.

**We need to generate a lot of random bytes. It is a good idea to perform
some other action (type on the keyboard, move the mouse, utilize the
disks) during the prime generation; this gives the random number
generator a better chance to gain enough entropy.
Not enough random bytes available.  Please do some other work to give

I need a method to generate the key that works, cause what I'm trying to do is failing apparently.

sudo cat idenityfile.rsa > authorized_keys
-bash: authorized_keys: Permission denied

if I su - to the user then I can do this but why can I not do this with sudo from my user?
