I have a server running Oracle Enterprise Linux 7.1 which is basically the same as RedHat Enterprise Linux. Apache is not starting because it says Can't load driver file apr_dbd_mysql.so On my CentOS 7.1 server I was able to fix this by installing apr-util-mysql. I cannot find the same package for OEL7. This package listing shows apr-util but no apr-util-mysql. Where can I find the package for OEL7 that provides apr_dbd_mysql.so?

The apr-util-mysql package provides:

$ ls /usr/lib64/apr-util-1/
apr_dbd_mysql-1.so  apr_dbd_mysql.so

Does anybody have any recommendations on how to filter outgoing email against a custom black list? For example, I have a list of around 400,000 email addresses that I do not want to send email to. Currently the email administrator says he is using a Sieve script to filter the outbound email but using it to filter is too slow. We are running Linux and most likely Postfix and also a commercial MTA which was called Ecelerity but is now part of Symantec Message Labs.

Is there a tool that is better/faster than Sieve for filtering outbound email?

I have a zip file being served by Apache with mod_gzip compression turned on. Everything is fine when the file is downloaded with Firefox. When downloaded with IE7 the zip file is corrupt. Any suggestions? Do I need to change the mime type for zip files or perhaps exclude zip files from gzip compression?

Frequently I know the name of the command line program that I need but I don't know the name of the package that provides the program. How do I find the name of the package that contains the program that I need? On RPM based systems they have the whatprovides option rpm -q --whatprovides /usr/X11R6/bin/xclock which will find the correct package. Is there anything similar for Debian based systems?

My rewrite rule is working and redirecting requests like /versioned/1234/images/foo.gif to /images/foo.gif but it doesn't seem to be setting the set_expires_header environment variable because the headers are not being appended. If I uncomment the line that explicitly sets the environment variable then the headers are set. What am I doing wrong? Is there a better way to do this? I want to be able to access the files with both URLs but only have the headers added when accessing it through the versioned URL.
