Does VMWare ESX server have anything built in that I can view CPU, Memory and Network utilization? We have a single VMWare ESX server that we are trying to understand better how our VM's are performing and what changes we might need to make.

I'm having a problem where I have a local server machine that shouldn't have anything to do with our local web server, but yet the web server's Symantec Endpoint protection is showing the local server (IP) is constantly hitting the web server and being blocked. The application is showing as svchost.exe. Getting a new log entry ever few seconds.
I've got a Docker container which runs Tomcat that is hosting Ozone Widget Framework. If I start OpenShift and then try to start the Docker image that contains Tomcat/OWF I get a port conflict. If I try to start OpenShift while the Docker image is running I get a similar issue.
I tried changing the Tomcat ports in these files but I cannot access OWF afterward.
conf/server.xml
\apache-tomcat-7.0.21\lib OzoneConfig.properties
How do I get Tomcat running within a docker container with openshift running?
I have a handful of workstations with users that log on to any of them with their account. I need to install a printer for all the users to use on any machine. The printer is already on the network and I can add the printer per user manually, but I need to do this from the server as there are many users and it'd be impossible to do it any other way.
