I've googled till my little google button fell off of my keyboard, here's what I'm looking for. We need a solution that will shoot off an email when the number of terminal server licenses that we have falls below 90%. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

I'm looking for some program or utility to create a centralized log monitoring server for a mixed Windows and Linux environment. Any suggestions? Essentially we want a place to look at the system and event logs for over 100 servers. Free is always better
I'm looking at creating a schedule and list of periodic maintenance for our Windows servers (2k3, 2k8). Any thoughts, suggestions or ideas of things that should be implemented. Bonus points for Citrix tasks that should be done.
Management has determined that there is a need to search all 1500+ users Outlook and see who has been sending email to the competition. Does anybody know a tool/script/package that will enable us to search users pst files and see who has been corresponding with the enemy?
I'm trying to use Rich Copy to copy log files that are older than 60 days from a directory. Whenever I go in and set the exclusion rules, Rich copy seems to ignore them and just copies everything. Is there something that I'm doing wrong. Bonus question: Does Terracopy work better for this type of thing?
