I'm trying to track down a strange issue with my servers. Within the last day or so, connections to certain SSL protected sites(both HTTP and SMTP) started failing.

Here is the output from openssl:

CONNECTED(00000003) depth=1 C = IL, O = StartCom Ltd., OU = Secure Digital Certificate Signing, CN = StartCom Class 2 Primary Intermediate Server CA verify error:num=20:unable to get local issuer certificate verify return:0

This is only affecting servers which are protected by startcom certificates, and has only started happening in the last few days. I verified that the StartCom certificates are installed in /etc/ssl/certs and they are the ones I need.

What makes this really bizarre is that using wget succeeds and curl fails. This is on Debian Jessie.

I’m trying to write an automated deployment script for SSRS, and I can’t seem to find any information on how to automate the process of configuring the server after a Files-Only installation. I have a script to install the reports, but I can’t figure out how to automate the steps in the Reporting Services Configuration manager.

Specifically: How do I set up the Web Service URL, database and report manager URL using a script?

I have a collection of certificates in a p7b file, and I would like to automatically import each certificate into the correct store depending on the certificate template. What is the best way to do this with a script?

I tried using certutil -addstore root Certificate.p7b, and that will correctly place all of the root CAs into the root store, but it returns an error if it encounters any other type of certificate.

I'm willing to use batch scripts, vbscript or powershell to accomplish this task. Thanks!
