I have some sites on a server. they all have a drectory named 'image-upload' where users of sites upload their images.
I want to:
Off PHP engine for this directory on all the sites
disable .htaccess on this directory on all the sites
Can I do it apache config file using regex?
I have three websites hosted (example1.com, example2.com, example3.com) on a server. There is a page (test.php) on example1.com with just code below inside it:

When I browse test.php it goes to http://example1.com/a.php . it doesn't understand it is another domain url, it tried to find the page on itself.
but when I put http://google.com instead of example2.com/a.php it works correct. I really get confused.
What is the problem ? Should I set some configuration on the server?
( I am administrator of the hosting server ). Ps. The server is behind a pound server.

My server os is debian squeeze. I have these lines to redirect non-www to www in htaccess file of my website:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.example\.com$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.example.com/$1 [L,R=301]
but it cause this error in firefox:
The page isn't redirecting properly

when I comment those lines in htaccess mysite appears but in non-www format. I'm sure it works well before on the Ubuntu . but I don't know why it doesn't work now. would you help me?
I have to define about 100 subdomain virtualhost entries in server config file . I want to know if there is any way to do it with regular expression to increase codes in apache config file?

I 've install w3c checklink utility to check my website for broken links. but i am really confused with its parameters. I just want to get number of broken link of my site.but i don't know how to run this utility.

Edited: I tried these commands:
$ checklink -s -b -D 2 http://mysite.com >site-report
$ checklink -b -D 2 http://mysite.com >site-report
but a long report is created and store in site-report file. i just want the number of broken links not what they are.
I have upgrade php version on my server.this causes logging many deprecated errors in error_log file of apache.
these days i get many internal error on page requests and very very high rate in load average of server.
will these floody logging cause apache to get out of service?

My site is written in PHP. I have changed its urls from php to html and reconvert it in .htaccess file.
I put autocomplete jquery ui widget in a page of my site and its call to remote file to get suggested items doesn't work. Because the remote url is changed to
search.html?term=spr
I put this line in htaccess file but it doesn't matche because it doesn't consider anything after \.html.
RewriteRule ^search\.html?term=([^-]+)$ search.php?term=$1 [L,NC,NS]
I also tried
RewriteRule ^search\.html\?term=([^-]+)$ search.php?term=$1 [L,NC,NS]
but both doesn't work.

I have installed AWStates to analyze my site apache log.
I have run the update command for the first time. size of log file is 250M.I run it about 10 mins ago and it is still working.
Is this slow speed in update command ok?

I need a apache log analyzer that shows number of each IP request separately. I want to view what IPs have visited my website more times.
My server OS is Ubuntu.
I have three sites on my server and their logs (Apache logs) are in their root folder not in /var/log. I need a script that rotates the access_log and error_log base on their file size for example rotates them when their file size exceeds 1G .
Server's OS is Ubuntu.
I have a basic skill of shell programing but good talent in learing ;) would you help me in this issue?
