I have Oracle Unbreakable Linux 6.5 which runs Oracle ERP application & Database it has three VHDs 80 GB , 600 GB and 120 GB on daily basis it creates RMAN backup approx 32 GB which stores on 120 GB VHD.This VM has more READ operations and around 1 MB / 1 Mins Write Operation other than Backup.

I have enable Hyper-V Replication on this machine with 60 Sec Cycle Exclude 120 GB VHD where RMAN data places but i have found that replication is not going on normal.

I can see that hyper-V replication fully utilizing 4 MB to 5 MB.

My Question :

1.If i excluded 120 GB VHD and i have very little write operations on replicating drives so why replication is not normal

2.Is read operations have impact on replication

I am facing the issue on the network card Please help me in this regards.

I have Windows Server 2012 on which Hyper-V is installed. We are maintaining the VM (Virtual Machine) on Hyper-V. I have got One VM with "Oracle Unbreakable Linux 6.5" on which my Oracle Production server is running. We have 3 Hyper V Servers with clustering. When I migrate my Oracle VM from one Host to another Host then "Oracle Unbreakable Linux" forgot the old Network card and pick up a new one. Because of this all the network services are down then I have to reconfigure the old network card and then start the production.

Please could any one tell me why Linux is behaving this, and what is the solution?

Operation System : Windows Server 2003 Ent 64bit

Exchange Server Version : Exchange Server 2007 SP3

We had TWO Mail Boxes Server (PHYSICAL MACHINE) with CCR, Few Days back one of our Secondary Mail Box Server Machine Gone Faulty and we ready another Mailbox Server but this time on HYPER V VM , Machine works fine as Secondary.

But

When we try to move group for new machine as a "Primary Mail Box" server it was stuck on MS Cluster End and unable to transfer and got this error

The crypto checkpoint for cluster resource 'Exchange Information Store Instance (khi-cms-01)' could not be restored to the container name 'C44FBC30-1445-11d3-8CAA-00104B9C5823'. The resource may not function correctly.

We have Identified that this error causes due to Forefront installation at Primary Server so we removed Forefront but Issue Remains Same but errors are changed this time.

Here are Error Events on Primary Mail Box Server:

"The kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server host/khi-mbx-01.dib.ae. The target name used was khi-cms-01. This indicates that the password used to encrypt the kerberos service ticket is different than that on the target server. Commonly, this is due to identically named machine accounts in the target realm (DIB.AE), and the client realm. Please contact your system administrator."

The Security System detected an authentication error for the server cifs/KHI-AD-02.DIB.AE. The failure code from authentication protocol Kerberos was "The time at the Primary Domain Controller is different than the time at the Backup Domain Controller or member server by too large an amount. (0xc0000133)".

Our company is planning on moving from a single forest with multiple domains to a single forest with a single domain.

This is my infrastructure:

Forest Root

Cambridge

adc1cam.cambrdige.techtunes.lan

Oxford

Karachi

adc1khi.karachi.techtunes.lan

Now, we are planning to move our child domains on root-dc.techtunes.lan then we will create separate OU for each site and also place Global Catalogs on each site for backup purposes.

I have read that the Active Directory Migration Tool v3.2 is an important tool to migrate our users, but I have some questions about it.

What happens with users whose names are duplicated in each domain? For example: one user named abc is in Cambridge and also in Karachi. What happens when we move both acb accounts to a single domain?

What about other services like DHCP and DNS? We want to run DHCP locally at each site.

I'd appreciate answers on how to proceed.
